Ameenpur: Sai Ambica by Jana Chaitanya
Does any one here have plots in sai ambica project in Ameenpur? These guys( JC) have been giving me a go -around saying my plots are mortgaged and are still waiting for final approval.Two years ago I went to Huda office in secunderabad, the huda official was very nice and said this layout would have final approval out in couple of months, to my pleasant surprise. Now after 1/2 years later, its this month or 'few' months. I tried to ring up JC office in Taramandal complex and the number is disconnected. If anyone in this forum is in a similar bind , can we follow up on this project ie., going to huda, registration and may be possible developments on the site in the future. G!

    Hi,
    I buy here in 2007. Till date they did not registered the plot and keep telling me that the registration will done next month. Janachaitanya management is a big thief. This layout is a total fraud. I CURSE that Janachaitanya's managements peoples children die or they die. I CURSE the management of Janachaitanya. May the worste happen to their children and them also. They have looted my only life income which I invested in buying a plot here.
    I am no big shot. Full saving I give to buy this plot and they not registered my plot. Please don't buy anything from these thieves called Janachanitanya.

    is your problem resolved? myself a s/w engineer and i have a friend who works in jc. do let me know your problem and i will check with him if there's a way out. AFAIK all mortgage plots are registered in both phase 1 and phase 2. my id zaheer.mot@gmail.com you can google my mail id to check that iam a genuine s/w engineer.

    I live in ameenpur, immediately after this colony. They recently cleared all the bushes and plants in this site and allotted the numbers to each plot. I was told by few workers there, that plots would be handed over to plot owners very soon. Looks they would also lay the 100 feet main road which leads to IDA Bollaram. But all of sudden all the works got stopped and currently no one is working there ......

    Hi,
    We have bought plots here in 4 yrs back. While we were buying said 3 months. Till now nothing happened. Not sure what is the use of HMDA role here. Even they also not taking any action. I really frustrated with this Jana Chaitanya. Anyone called recently to them ? any contact number to reach them ? If they eat these many years when I can build house.
